Natascha Knobloch
Psychologist (BSc London, MA Berlin)

I am a psychologist offering an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, grounded in both professional training and real-life experience. My work is centred on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self and explore what’s truly going on beneath the surface.

I support adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, addiction, migration and identity-related transitions, as well as those who feel stuck, lost, or simply want to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to you,  not a one-size-fits-all process.

I work with clients worldwide and offer online sessions in English.

Currently not accepting new clients.

Free online consultation

This brief consultation offers a space for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll get a sense of how it feels to talk together and whether we’re a good therapeutic fit.

You’re welcome to ask questions, share any concerns, and talk through your goals or expectations for therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this conversation is simply a starting point.

Trust and safety are central to the therapeutic process. If you feel shy, overwhelmed, or unsure, you’re welcome to keep your camera off during this session. What matters most is that you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

Individual
Therapy

I work from an integrative perspective, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s individual needs. Therapy is always tailored to you, recognising that no two experiences, or paths forward, are the same.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be short-term or longer-term, depending on your goals, needs, and what feels right for you at this stage.

Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Management

These sessions are for adults with ADHD traits — no formal diagnosis required. I offer psychoeducation, practical tools, and tailored strategies to help you manage symptoms, reduce overwhelm, and regain a sense of control in daily life.

Alongside challenges, we also focus on recognising and working with your strengths, supporting a more compassionate and sustainable way of living with ADHD.

My Approach

I have an eclectic approach, drawing from many corners of psychology, but mainly a holistic one. This means that I integrate all parts of the person which includes the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects.

In my practice I combine aspects of Mindfulness-based therapies (eg. Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT)), Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) therapies, depending on each individuals distinct needs and goals.

I am non-judgemental in my approach and believe that everyone intrinsically knows what they need to do or where they want to go in life, sometimes we just need an open ear and some support.

Each and every one of us deserves to live and thrive, and not solely survive
