Individual Therapy
Service Description
Each session is 50 minutes, tailored specifically to each individuals needs and goals. Therapy can be both long term or short term, depending on your preference. The first few sessions will include your history, present situation, troubles, future goals and other important details. Together we will create a plan in order to reach your desired outcomes. This is done using different therapeutic modalities, figuring out what works best and what you want to change. In order to make changes in our lives, we have to want to make those changes, and this often requires a daily commitment to yourself and your healing journey. In this process, a variety of skills and techniques will be provided which you can practice outside of therapy and in the real world.
